What type of shop do you have?: Name Brand Clothes at reasonable prices and hand-crafted jewelry

What inspired you to start your own business?: E-commerce was a popular class during college years as a Marketing Major. I didn't quite grasp it until I started to sell a few things for my church thrift store. It was a way to help a worthy organization AND learn some of the intricacies of an emerging aspect of business.

It's amazing how a little success can inspire. When the shop closed, I looked to my own closets during a Spring clieaning and continued to find success. Then my friends and family started to give me things from their closets instead of holding garage sales!

Now I have two friends who design jewelry who want help in promoting their handiwork. So I'm branching out once again - Dichroic glass and Swarovski Crystal jewelry that looks more like art!

About Me:: Married and the mother of 2 pretty terrific young adults, I've managed to work from home since my first child was born. A self-confessed work-a-holic, it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Both are now full-time college students, well on their way to achieving their own goals.

My best friend and I have been married for more than 27 years. In a era where couples drift apart over the years, we have grown closer and I can't imagine life without the man who has been by my side since I was 15!

We have two dogs -- a rather large and loving black lab we adopted from our local shelter, and a young mixed-breed pup that our son found on the side of the road. They keep me company while the kids are off at school, and I can't imagine not having them underfoot!
